Education

I entered Nan Hua Primary School(NHPS) in 2007 and graduated in 2012 with a PSLE score of 210 and multiple certificates in academic studies and co-curricular activities. While studying in NHPS I participated in the yearly Mid-Autumn Festival performance as part of the school's concert band and attended numerous comptetions as well as the International Competitions and Assessments for Schools under the subject of Computer Skills where I was awarded Distinction for two years (2011-2012).

In 2013, I attended Assumption English School(AES) and graduated in 2016 with an L1R5 grade of 19. I was nominated to serve in the Student Council from 2014 to 2016 and was an active member of the English Language Drama and Debate Society (ELDDS) and the Red Cross Youth. As a member of ELDDS, I participated in the National Schools Debating Championships in 2014, 2015 and 2016. I also represented AES in the biannual Singapore Youth Festival in 2015. As a member of Red Cross Youth, I took part in various flag days and volunteered for events such as the Nationl Police Cadet Corp Annual Parade in 2015. I was also apart of the Scholar's Programme and took part in the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Workshop at Hwa Chong Institute in 2015.

Currently, I am a student of Singapore Poltechnic(SP), studying under the Diploma of Information Technology with a GPA of 3.7. I am a member of the SP Archery Club and represented SP in this year's SP Open and POL-ITE competition against other schools.

Family

My family is a multi-racial family, with my mother from the Philippines and my father a Singaporean Chinese. I have one older brother and sister, one older half-brother and a younger sister. Right now, I live with my grandmother and family (Except my half-brother) in Singapore. I have spent most of my life in Singapore and have visited my cousins in Philippines as well, we also own a house there.

Hobbies

In my past time, I actively do Archery and partake in competitions representing SP. My interests also including reading and writing. My go-to genre for reading is mostly in the sci-fi, supernatural or mythological spectrum which also reflects in my writing. As of right now, I have written a few short stories on my blog, Stories by Riven under the pseudonym Riven. However, I have taken a break from writing to focus on school work, so expect more short stories soon.
